Our supervisors will regularly inspect your site, and we will rectify promptly any issue with no additional charge to the customer.

PlusCleaning Services team will prepare a site-specific program adapted to your site needs. Ours standards services include but are not limited to:

Regular Cleaning

​

A full  regular clean of all common areas including but not limited to:

​

• Vacuuming and mopping.

• Wiping down walls, windows and ceilings.

• Wiping down and polishing mailboxes.

• Wiping down and cleaning all stairways and handrails.

• Cleaning and sanitising lifts.

• Cleaning and dusting all surfaces.

• Restocking all bathrooms with toilet paper, hand towels and hand soap.

• Sanitising all toilets, door handles and vanities.

• Deep cleaning carpets, where required.

Window cleaning

We clean all interior windows in common areas as well as meeting rooms and offices.

 

Bin cleaning

​

We provide cleaning of bins either as a one-off or on a regular basis. This helps control bad odours. Related services include:

• Collect general waste.

• Empty rubbish bins and replace the trash bin liners

• Empty rubbish for council picks up.

Pressure cleaning

We provide pressure cleaning of your building exterior, including pathways, driveways & parking areas.

 

Quality Inspection Report

Two steps comprise our quality review process: 

​

• Self-review process performed by the cleaner following  the instructions of an app and, 

• Audit Review performed monthly by The Operational Supervisor. 

​

During this process, both the cleaner and supervisor are trained and required to report any potential maintenance issues such as filtrations, water leaks, not working light balls, etc. In addition, AU PlusCleaning PTY LTD will share with the Strata or Facility Manager any potential maintenance issue identified in the Quality Inspection Report.
